Just say where, and Alisa is there! Miami and destination wedding photographer, Alisa Ferris, takes her talents behind the camera to a whole new level. An example of this was when we worked together on a Greek inspired photoshoot two summer ago. She created and captured this shoot beautifully! Inspired by the beach, white and blue tones, and rustic furniture,  this shoot was a total success. We were proud to have it featured on Grey Like Weddings!

Another one of our favorites, was the Valentine’s Day shoot! It was romantic, and out of the ordinary style of shoot, where we were able to use our more adventurous pieces, like the cast iron tub. Alisa’s style is refreshing, and unique!

Alisa’s hard-work deserves to be recognized, which is why we would like to dedicate this Friendor Friday to her! She will also be the photographer representative at our Engage(d) Q&A Event at The Salvage Snob warehouse on Oct. 29th. Any questions regarding weddings and photos, she will have the answer waiting for you. It’s like a free consultation with one of the best photographers in the industry! We look forward to working on this event, and many more in the future with Alisa!

This week’s Friendor Friday goes to Helen and our amazing friends at Ever After Floral Designs! They always go above and beyond, exceeding everyones expectations. Earlier this year, we worked on a wedding at MAPS Production Studio in Wynwood, a very unique industrial venue. When that modern concrete venue met vintage, and a touch of earth, it turned into pure bliss. Rows and rows of our farm tables and grey arbors, draped in greenery by Helen’s team, created one of the most remarkable weddings yet! Ever After’s style has always blended perfectly with our collection.

We are excited to be teaming up with them once again, along with a handful of other amazing wedding vendors, for our Engage(d) event on Oct. 29th, at The Salvage Snob warehouse! We organized this intimate Q&A session, to give couples a chance to discuss and learn the latest wedding trends, helping them to imagine what these trends would look like at their own weddings! We cannot wait to see what this event, and many other future events, have in store for us!

We don’t even know where to begin with Cloud 9 Bakery! I guess we could say it basically starts at the very beginning. The Salvage Snob just cannot resist these homemade desserts and cakes. They are eye catching, and a taste of heaven! From photoshoots, to weddings and other events Kristen and her team are easy and fun to work with.  Our personal favorite are the gooey bars. Grateful for this sweet friend on this Friendor Friday! Once you visit Cloud 9, you never want to come back down!!

This is what it looks like when our friends from Texas come into town, it’s the real deal! As per usual, we gave it our all, and it paid off, as we were featured on Strictly Weddings!! It was an honor to collaborate with this team of vendors at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, for one of our last summer projects before the busy season kicks in. We cannot wait to see what the next few months have in store for The Salvage Snob, but at the moment we are thinking about our friends in Texas, pushing through the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Scroll down to check out the photos by Koby Brown and details from the rest of our team (listed below).
